Puppy Pre-Obedience
If you are not training your dog . . . your dog is training YOU!

On-going counseling and instruction sessions are customized to your needs. Some of the subjects that are of interest to most dog caregivers include:

• Improving your puppy's interaction with humans(canine, feline, & children)
• Crate introduction
• Solving housetraining issues
• Using toys for games and learning
• Prevention of biting/jumping
• Guidance with socialization issues

This pre-obedience counseling is designed to affect a puppy's temperament before inappropriate behavior becomes conditioned and is ideal for puppies up to 4 months of age.

K-9 Training & Behavioral Therapy specializes in working with your dog's individual breed characteristics, natural behaviors and drives, using positive reinforcement and other motivational training methods. Basic behavioral issues are addressed during the training sessions.

All training methods used are reward based (e.g., luring, clicker training)

Obedience training services limited to the Philadelphia area (10 mile radius). Hours by appointment.
